Firstly we would like to thank you for visiting and shopping with us at Releaf. Underneath are our strict terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Standard Delivery Times & Prices
JERSEY - FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £7.50
All orders placed before 2pm are delivered the same day,with small items posted through your letter box and parcels left in a safe location if desired to be (Specify At Checkout). Any orders after the cut of time will be delivered next business day.
GUERNSEY & UK - FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £25
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day.
Orders are not delivered on Sundays and some yearly holidays.
Also If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or any other complications please allow additional days in transit for delivery’s outside Jersey. If there will be any major delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via Email.

Unable to deliver/access the property
By the slightest chance we are unable to deliver or access your selected delivery address we will take your order back to our Releaf HQ, then we will contact you with an alternative option to Re deliver your order the next day as it is our goal to get you your equipment as quick and easy as possible.
Items Damaged in Shipping
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. As part of our terms we will require photographic evidence of the issue so we can start the process of an exchange/credit.
Missing or Incorrect items
If in rare cases we make an error of accidentally sending you the wrong item or missing something from your order, we would like to get it sorted for you as soon as possible! If we shipped you an incorrect item(s), we may ask that you hold on to that item(s) with the packaging they were delivered in so we can organise a return pick up time. If items are missing from your order, we are happy to help you process a new order or a Releaf account credit for your missing items.
We are very strict on saying we ONLY refund in store credit so please take this in mind before ordering.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be issued store credit to your Releaf account.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Just to notify you that some of our vaporizers and selected electronic products aim to delivered within 1-2 business weeks maximum due to its importation regulations. You will find this in the description if this applies to the product you are looking at.
